JESSICA ROSS, LPC, NCC, CCTP, CST
CERTIFIED SEX THERAPIST
Jessica is a trained psychotherapist specializing in sexual functioning and trauma, respectively. She is a clinical consultant and limited license supervisor focusing on client engagement, clinical conceptualization, psychoeducation, and professional training.
Jessica has over fifteen years of experience working with mental health across diverse populations and in various capacities in social service.
For the past five years Jessica has been committed to community education, specifically targeting sexual health throughout the lifespan, human trafficking, long-term trauma implications in adulthood, attachment narratives, and coping in mental health.
DR. SHELEE-ANN M. FLEMMINGS
Dr. Shelee-Ann M. Flemmings is a social justice activist and mental health advocate.
She earned her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology in April 2020 from Western Michigan University. Born and raised in Detroit, she works to increase mental health awareness, facilitate access to mental health resources, and reduce mental health stigma within communities that have been marginalized. Her passion focuses on the revitalization of the Black community and shifting the way we talk about mental health.
Ultimately, she seeks to impact change across generational levels by fostering a collective shift in our understanding of mental health.
Dr. Shelee-Ann Marie has received specialized training in the areas of trauma informed therapy, WPATH assessments, neurodiversity testing and personality assessments.
Dr. Flemmings works with many presenting concerns, including specifically: identity development, mindset work, interpersonal/relationship concerns, adjustment/transition, trauma (intergenerational trauma and unresolved childhood), and existential concerns.
NATASHA SELLEY, LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor
Nationally Certified Counselor and dedicated provider, Natasha has worked in the mental health field for over 20 years. She has a strong desire and commitment to be of service to families, children, and women. As a result, the therapeutic techniques used are specific to meet each client's needs. Therapy is not one size fits all. Her role as your therapist is to provide you with encouragement and empowerment by providing empathetic, confidential, and non-judgmental therapeutic treatment. Providing treatment to support you in making healthier life choices, managing your daily stress, reducing anxiety and building self-esteem.
Natasha is skilled in working with a myriad of different presenting concerns, some of which include divorce, parent/child relationships, teen challenges (ages 14-19), concerns specific to women, and self esteem building.
Some of the most recent trainings include COVID-19 and mental health, human trafficking, school based support strategies for gender diversity in children & adolescents, trauma sensitive treatment, suicide, and addressing the needs of LGBTQ+ students in child and health clinics.
